HERE IS WHAT REALLY HELPS.
Take 50 milligrams of zinc (zinc orotate) an hour after dinner with some protein (meat, milkshake, whatever – but NO bread or fibre, that’ll neutralize he zinc) every day. Do so for about 6 weeks and you’ll be fine. Continue as soon as it returns. People with acne ALL have a hidden zinc deficiency. What causes the pore to block in the first place? Its an overproduction of sebum which blocks the pore. Acne is genetic /hereditary which means it runs in families. putting $hit on your skin has nothing to do with your deep skin pores. Eating certain foods has nothing to do with acne either. The girls in this video do not have acne.
