Rosacea skin is like to occur partly because of depleted zinc and mineral levels. Therefore be sure to eat foods
rich in nutrients and zinc. Pine nuts, pecan nuts, cashews, brewers yeast and shell fish are all rich sources of
zinc, and of course fresh fruit and vegetables are the best natural source of nutrients, although some people have

Plant extracts such as rosehip, aloe vera and chamomile can havea wonderfully cooling effect on
rosacea inflamed skin.
Be sure to drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, as this is also a big factor for rosacea outbreaks.
